Legal right to reject purchase

Right of cancellation

If you are a customer and user, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within a time period of 15 calendar days, without having to justify.

The cancellation time period will expire after 15 calendar days from the day you or a third party representing you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods, or when the goods included in your order are delivered separately, after the time period of 15 calendar days from the day you or a third party representing you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last good.

In order to execute the right of cancellation, you shall notify your will to withdraw from the Agreement through an unmistakable declaration (for instance, a letter sent by mail or e-mail) to Tritex RETAIL S.L. to the address: P.I. El Rubial Street 3 Hall 13, ZIP 03400 Villena, Alicante (Spain) with telephone number +34 965815230, e-mailing us to cs@maashoes.com or filling our contact form. You can use the available sample of cancellation form above the Conditions, although its use is not compulsory.

To meet the cancellation period, it suffices that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the deadline expires.

Effects of cancellation

In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you EXCEPT: Shipping cost and PAYPAL tax (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice to a different delivery method to the less costly delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will proceed to carry out such refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction. If this is not possible, we will make the refund effective through a bank transfer. No fees as a result of refunds will be incurred. Nevertheless, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of the refund, depending on which condition is met first.

The deadline will be deemed to be met if the goods are returned before the period has ended. You will bear the direct returning costs of the goods, unless you return the goods via a courier service recruited by us.

You will only be liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from a different manipulation to the necessary to establish the nature, the features and the functioning of the goods.

Contractual Right of Cancellation

You will bear the direct returning costs if you do not make the return via a courier service recruited by us.

 
Common Provisions

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement if the product is a customized item.

You right to cancel the Agreement will exclusively apply to the products returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund shall be made if a product has been used beyond simply opening the package, if it is not returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered or if it has suffered any damage. Therefore, you shall be very careful with the product(s) while they are under your possession. Please, return the item using/ including the original packaging, the instructions and any other possible documents that may be originally included. In every respect, together with the product, you shall attach the return form as well as the invoice or the document of order confirmation that you have received at the moment of handing the duly completed delivery.

You can make the returns via the courier service we will send to your home address.

Returns via Courier Delivery Service:

You shall contact us to organize the collection at your home address. You shall hand the product/s in the same package in which you received it/them. This does not represent any additional costs for you. If you do not wish to return the products via any of the free options available, you will be bear the return costs. Please, bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect delivery, we are allowed to charge you any costs incurred in such return.

After examining the items, we will inform you of whether you have the right to the refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 30 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to cancel. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earlier. Refund will be made effective using the same payment method you used to pay the purchase.

You are responsible for costs and the risk of returning the products, as indicated above.

Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

If you wish to exchange or return a product that may be delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you shall contact us calling to +34 96581 5230 or cs@maashoes.com.  You must do the return at your own cost.

 Returns of faulty products

In cases when it is considered that at the moment of delivery the product was not in the conditions stipulated in the Contract, you must get in touch with us immediately using our contact form, providing the details of the product as well as its defects, or sending us an email cs@maashoes.com where we will inform you of how to proceed.

You can return the product by handing it to a courier that we will send to you home address or sending it back to the address we will indicate.

We will examine the product in detail and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable period whether you have the right to replace or refund (if any). The replacement of refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a time period of 30 days after the date in which we send you an e-mail confirming your right to refund or replacement.

Any amounts paid for products that are returned because of faults or defects, when these actually exist, will be completely refunded, including the shipping costs paid to deliver and return the item. We will refund any money using the method used to make payment.

No rights under the current legislation will be affected.
