You can cancel your subscription in the section Newsletter.
IV. In the event that you facilitate personal data of a third party you will be responsible of informing about the use of such data and obtaining the consent of that third party. In the event that you have acquired a product or a gift card (the “goods”), then the personal data of the third party provided by you shall be used for (a) managing of the delivery and/or verification of correct receipt of the corresponding product and (b) attend your or such third-party’s queries or suggestions.

If you have a Gift Voucher and want to return the goods related to it through the website, we will only use the personal data facilitated by you on the return form for (a) managing the application and proceeding to collect the goods, (b) attending the applications related to the Gift Voucher or the return that you may present, and (c) confirming the acceptance of return and delivery via e-mail or other electronic means equivalents to the Subscription Card with the amount of the refund.
VI. In the event that you mark the option “save your card” you expressly authorize us to use the provided data necessary for its activation and performance. The CVV in your card shall only be used during the purchase process, and will not be saved for later uses as a part of your card’s data.
VII. The consent to activate this functionality allows the auto-completion of the data in later purchases, therefore it shall not be necessary to introduce your data in every new process, and will be assumed to be valid and current for later purchases.

Tritex reserves the right of suspension or cancellation a user’s account for security reasons in the event that he/she ignores the eventual notifications about security, that will be sent from Tritex Retail S.L.
TRITEX saves and transfers your card’s data satisfying the main international debit and credit cards’ standards of security and privacy.
